Lockdown
Robin Cameron
Most importantly at the moment we want to send our very best to all CCA customers. Many of you have become good friends over the years and we all know how difficult a time this is so we really hope everyone is well and getting through this as best as you can.
We are staying open on-line for now and posting images on instagram, tweeting (when we remember!), struggling with Zoom meetings and organising a new online exhibition to launch soon. Hopefully that virtual exhibition will become an actual gallery show before too long.
Before we launch that show we will send out a little series of tasters of what is to come so do look out for them . We will start tomorrow with 6 new paintings by abstract artist Kate Burns who is showing with us for the first time, she is someone whose work we have been very taken by.
The Victoria Kiff gallery show which in the end fell foul of lockdown and only we saw (even Victoria wasn’t able to view it) was stunning. The work is still online and we will have any unsold work from that show hanging in the gallery whenever we re-open.
Stay safe — and hurrah for Captain Tom.
